<a href="VHPv5.gp">VHPv5.gp</a> checks, given a rational prime q>2, primes P and Q in F_q[t] such that P is not in <br>
the set of exceptional primes P(Y) for Y=t, if they satisfy the fourth condition of Theorem 8.5 and <br>
the conditions (3)(4) of Proposition 9.9,<br>
following the proof of Theorem 9.11.<p>
